ORIGINS: Sammarelli olives come from centuries-old Ogliarola trees in Italy. These trees grow on an estate in Southern Puglia on the Adriatic Sea coast.

COLOR: Natural golden yellow-green.

HARVEST: From October to Mid-November olives are manually combed off the branches. The branches are sometimes gently shaken and the ripe olives netted.

PRESSING: The Olives are ground in a traditional way when cold. Packaging takes place after filtering, without the addition of any other products. Free acidity, expressed in oil-acid max one percent.

USES: vegetables, soups, pasta, fish, bruschetta, salads, stir-frying, baking and more.

Recommended Storage: Store olive oil in a cool, dark place. Properly stored, it will maintain it's properties and flavor for up to two years.
